Return postage is covered by the customer. If you are returning an item(s), please consider using a traceable shipping service, Royal Mail Tracked 48hr. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and will not be able to refund without this.

Exchange

If you believe your items are faulty or you have received an incorrect item please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the products you believe are not fit for purpose. We will then be able to evaluate and advise on further action.

In some cases we will not require you to send the items back to us, however, in the case of products being incorrectly received for example, we may ask you to return the item to us before we can replace it. In this case postage will be refunded.
